Other Services
Over the last few years there have been changes in the funeral industry. The traditional visitation, church or chapel service and cemetery burial are still the most utilized today; however, some families are opting to combine some of the traditional with customized elements. Examples of this would be anything from photo/video displays at the visitation or memorial service; a table displaying memorabilia of the deceased, funeral services held in the evening to accommodate those who could not attend in the daytime, visitation prior to the funeral service, and some are having the burial first followed by a memorial or celebration of life service, with visitation following. Cremation services are also available and may be combined with whatever memorial service, if any, a family may desire.
